ANITE LAHU, a company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, with its legal seat in Pristina, Kosovo.
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) in our company store, website, mobile website, social media platform, or mobile application (jointly hereinafter referred to as “ANITE LAHU”).
1.2 ANITE LAHU reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
1.3 By continuing to access or use our website after paying attention to our terms and conditions, you agree to our terms and conditions; you agree to be bound by our terms. If you do not agree to the terms, completely or in part, please do not continue with the purchase.
2. ORDERING / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1 Once you have placed the order, it is considered that you have entered into a contract and all the “Terms & Conditions” contained herein shall be applicable to you.
2.2 The ordering option is available in-store, or ONLINE through the Website at anitelahu.com (non-stop), including telephone, WhatsApp, or other ANITE LAHU registered social media; “the order”.
2.3 Once you have placed your order, if you have given us your email address through the order process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
2.4 ANITE LAHU will fulfill the order in accordance with your confirmation (email confirmation), and upon confirmation, full payment of the order is required.
2.5 If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. In such events, if we have already received payment for the order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you and ask you to contact ANITE LAHU Customer Service at anitelahu@gmail.com, who will settle the refund. In such events, you will not have any extra charges and will be refunded as soon as possible.

4. PRODUCTS
4.1 All of ANITE LAHU products are PRE-ORDERED in Standard Size and PRE-ORDERED in Custom Size, which means that they are not already in stock. Clothing/Dresses viewed on photos on our social media or website are SAMPLE PIECES only.
4.2 The Customer understands that there may be slight differences in color due to the different color settings in different monitors/screens.
5. TIMELINE
5.1 ANITE LAHU’S products typically take 22–24 working days to be produced, depending on the complexity of the product. The Sales Team will provide you with a delivery date as a deadline.
5.2 BRIDAL or COUTURE products take 2–3 months to be produced.
6. SHIPPING POLICY
6.1 The shipping of the products can only happen during weekdays (Monday–Friday).
6.2 The customer will receive a tracking number (waybill) for his/her order once the product(s) is/are shipped. It is recommended that you track your order frequently.
6.3 The Express Post services typically provide an estimated delivery date slightly later than the actual delivery date for safety; the product may arrive earlier, and the customer should not be alarmed.
6.4 Shipping usually takes 3–4 working days (not including your local customs process, which may vary depending on when custom fees are paid).
7. CUSTOMS
7.1 The product prices do not include import taxes or custom duties. These taxes will be charged by your carrier at delivery. ANITE LAHU does not take any responsibility to compensate you in regards to these charges.
7.2 Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or refuse to pay the custom fees, the shipment will be returned to the vendor and the buyer will not be refunded the amount paid.
7.3 Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Please check with your local customs offices to avoid delays.
8. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
8.1 Exchange and Return without the original issued invoice is not accepted.
8.2 Since all products subject to sale are prepared in line with the demands and/or measurements of the personal needs of the customer (Custom Made), the buyer is not entitled to return these products.
8.3 Because all of our products are PRE-ORDERED, we advise our clients to be certain when purchasing, as the customer will need to have appropriate legal reasoning for return and refund.
8.4 Return and exchange of damaged products are not accepted. You will be provided with a detailed video of your finished garment via email or WhatsApp as documentation before shipment. ANITE LAHU captures every detail of the garment as proof of quality, proof of no damage, and proof that the product matches the ordered measurements. Measurements should be taken by a professional to ensure accuracy.
8.5 Regarding “CUSTOM MADE” garments, there might be small imperfections as it is nearly impossible to have a perfect fit without at least one physical fitting. Every order goes through a Quality Assurance check to ensure it matches your sent measurements.
9. CANCEL & REFUND POLICY
9.1 The Customer is eligible to cancel his/her order only if the product does not turn out how the customer specified (based on appropriate reasons).
9.2 Please read the following tiered refund policy:

9.2.1 Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

9.2.2 Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will receive a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price.

9.2.3 Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will receive a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price.

9.2.4 Cancellation after 120 hours from the moment the order is paid: you will not receive any refund at all.
