At ANITE LAHU, each piece is a designer creation crafted with precision. Because our items are made-to-order, we have specific policies regarding timelines, delivery, and cancellations. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. PRODUCTION TIMELINE
All ANITE LAHU products are PRE-ORDERED. We do not carry ready-to-wear stock.
- Standard & Custom Orders: Production takes 22–24 working days, depending on the complexity of the design.
- Bridal & Couture: These specialized pieces take 2–3 months to be produced.
- The Sales Team will provide you with a specific delivery deadline upon order confirmation.
2. SHIPPING POLICY
- Dispatch Days: Shipments are processed during weekdays only (Monday to Friday).
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (waybill). We recommend tracking your package frequently to stay updated on its status.
- Transit Time: International shipping usually takes 3–4 working days (this does not include time held in local customs).
- Delivery Dates: Please note that express couriers often provide an “estimated” date that is slightly later than the actual arrival; your package may arrive earlier than shown.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- Responsibility: Prices on our website do not include import taxes or customs duties. These charges are determined by your country’s government and will be collected by the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) at the time of delivery.
- Refusal of Package: If you refuse to pay custom fees or refuse the delivery at the time of arrival, the shipment will be returned to ANITE LAHU, and no refund will be issued.
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Invoice Requirement: Returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted without the original issued invoice.
- Custom-Made Items: Since our products are prepared according to your specific measurements and demands (Custom Size), buyers are not entitled to return or exchange these products.
- Quality Guarantee: Before shipping, you will receive a detailed video of your finished garment via email or WhatsApp. This serves as documentation of the garment’s quality, lack of damage, and accuracy to the measurements provided.
- Fit Disclaimer: For “Custom Made” garments, small imperfections may occur as a perfect fit usually requires a physical fitting. We ensure every order passes a Quality Assurance check against your submitted measurements.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, the following refund tiers apply based on when the request is made after payment confirmation:
